Food safety & allergens

We operate under recognised food safety standards. Our team holds current food handling certifications and we follow HACCP-aligned practices in procurement, storage and service.

Clients must declare dietary requirements at least 14 days prior to the event. While we manage allergens carefully, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment due to shared kitchens and suppliers.
